Certification from world renowned scuba diving agency PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) only.
Swimming is not mandatory and non swimmers can also enjoy the treasures of Arabian sea.
Single day program/ double day program for convenience of customers.
For those who are short of time can complete the course in one day (early morning swimming pool practice session and straight to Arabian sea for actual Ocean dive).
For those who have committed their time due to various reasons can do the swimming pool practice session on day one and actual Ocean dive on day two.
Only after the student is confident in swimming pool practice session, he/she will be taken for open Ocean dive.
A minimum of 2 person is required to be booked for actual training and diving.
Time of swimming pool training sessions depends and varies on the adaptability of the student.
Only one person at a time will be taken for actual Ocean dive for safety reasons.
If a person is not able to complete the dive due to any reason beyond our control after getting into the Ocean, we would be courteous enough to refund 25% of the course fee. Rest amount has to be paid compulsorily by the student for training and boat charges. It's reasonable.
If due to any reason, we are not able to provide you your underwater photos, you will be entitled and we will be obliged to refund Rs 500/-.
50% of the course fee is required to be paid during the booking either online or in person. If the student is not in a position to do the dives due to any reason (except emergency medical conditions) before getting trained, no refunds will be made. We hope you understand that, other bookings could have been confirmed and our time is as important as others.
A student has every right to ask again and again, if something is not understood, either the theory part or the practical part underwater.
No alcohol (repeat) No alcohol is permitted inside our dive school/ centre. If the student is found to be drunk, we have every right to stop the training/ dives for the day and Nil refunds will be made. Please understand that it's for your and your safety alone.
During specific courses, students will be requested/ required to assist the dive team in work, with respect to the equipment (assembly, loading, offloading and cleaning etc) as part and parcel of the course. Please bear with us, as this is only to make you a better and safe diver.
Sincere request to spread our good work to all and restrict our shortcomings to us first, for that has to be corrected/ taken care of by us and us alone and we are duty bound to pay heed to that particular issue.
Weather is a nature's phenomenon and we don't have control over that. At any point of time, both the underwater visibility and marine life is not in our hands. It's in mother nature's hands, as to what it wants to show you.
If at any particular day, the course/ dive has to be cancelled due to weather or underwater conditions for the safety reasons, it would be our prerogative to complete the course/ dive safely on any alternate day. However, every effort will be made to make sure that it doesn't happen.
Your belongings is your responsibility and we sincerely request you not to bring any valuables during the day of dives.
