This course is a truly challenging and rewarding course with respect to enhancement of your basic life saving skills. You will learn the essential first aid skills to help others in an emergency and get hands on experience in administering CPR using special mannequin, practice bandaging & splinting and applying the skills acquired in a role playing scenario. You will learn to respond to a variety of injuries, help someone who is choking and handle a possible spinal injury. As mentioned earlier, this course prepares you to handle the gap between any emergency scenario and the arrival of medical services, through confidently easing the pain.

Course Requirements/ Criteria : The participant must have a desire to help others and there is no minimum age requirement. It's your course at your pace. You can practice a skill until you gain confidence before moving on to next skill. There are no dives included.
